About Bescon Ltd
Bescon was first started by Stuart Wordley and Austen Middleton.
Who are we?
Stuart started out as a carpenter and Austen a builder until they came together when they were just 20 years old to build their very first bungalow. This was a great success and they proved to be a very good team. Between them they have over 40 years of combined experience in the construction industry. The company has now grown considerably with their passion for design and attention to detail! They now have an amazingly highly skilled team to follow through their vision.
Our mission
A lot of the team members have been with company from the start and they pride themselves on having long standing loyal team members, who are able to turn out jobs to the highest standards. Bescon Ltd really does go the extra mile for their customers, working very closely with them to guide them through, and to achieve the high-end bespoke result. The builds have a high level of detail, offering great designs and workmanship throughout.
Why are we different
This can be seen with the vast array of jobs that have been undertaken. Most jobs are far from standard and they pride themselves in delivering an individual product for each of their customers. Bescon Ltd offers a complete service of concept to completion. They work closely with a number of Architects and like to collaborate with them and the clients. This means they can add their design knowledge and individual touches to each job. The company has gravitated towards doing new builds primarily but as you can see from the gallery/case studies they undertake a number of extension and conversions. Due to the vast experience and knowledge within the team they can satisfy the needs of all clients and their projects. As a company they are always striving to implement energy saving technologies where possible and can help with advice on all areas of this. Whether it is Solar photovoltaics, Air source heat pumps or even Rainwater harvesting tanks, they are able to assist with all requirements.
